Tip: The password they give you for the Wi-Fi is in all capital letters but you have to put them in, in lowercase. FYI: housekeeping does NOT knock before entering.

Another plus is Fred's Pharmacy 200 feet away, this to me is a mini Walmart. They have freezers with frozen food (burgers, pizza rolls, fish sticks ect. And lots of drinks.) And a pharmacy of course if you forget some medicine. Also travel or full size bottles of shampoo and conditioner of brand name items.

The rooms are nice and the owners are awesome.

Will stay here again.

For the price this place is unbeateable. $40 a night for a single kingsize bed, $50 for a double bed. $20 for pets - yes they allow pets (I brought 2 dogs and was charged $20 in total)

Smoking and non smoking rooms available. - I am a non-smoker and got a smoking room because of last minute resveration and I will say whatever cleaning regime they use is unbelievable. You can smell the aftermath of the smoke but you really have to concentrate. Amazing.

Its better than the one up the road but the sheets and towels look like they were donated, all the linens are dingy, dirty, and worn down, it looks like the towels and rags use to be used for clean up motor oil, the pillows are flat, the mattresses are "firm". The chairs look like they need pressure washing. Slow Wi-Fi. If you have to stay in Erin, then you will want to stay at this one cause the other one in town is SO MUCH WORSE x 100 but bring your own linens and your own pillows.

Great water pressure in toilet and shower. If you like hot showers this place is for you. Very hot water!

Trailer parking is available and you can park right by your room. This is a single story place and it appears a lot of my neighbors were hunters. Being in a small town, this was a very quiet stay. No problems with noise or theft.

The towels were mismatched and different colors but they were clean. This isn't a killing point for me because some of my own towels are mismatched :) the beds were comfy not extra soft, the bed spreads were nice and clean and did match.

Rooms have dead bolt and flip over lock for added security and long with electronic room keys. The rooms were very clean. The bathroom was spotless. - see photos

The staff here is very friendly and the owners are very informative and accommodating.

Handicap non smoking room , smells awful of smoke years of it , beds concrete hard - price was good , get what ya pay for I guess when there no other place around there’s no comp for business so the customer suffers

We got here very early. Had to pay a little extra but it was worth it. Not a bad place, but never could connect to the free internet. Room was clean and smelled good. I highly recommend going to Fitz Restaurant. Their food was great and the staff was very friendly.

Hard pillows

The one downside is the technology is outdated. The phone and TV are from the ninetys. Big tube TV that has that whine behind it, but for the price you can't beat it - cable tv available. Lots of outlets, personal fridge, microwave and AC unit in the rooms. Everything worked.

Highly reccomend!
